TVS Motor has discontinued the Sport ELS variant from its commuter motorcycle range. The maneuver occurs amid a some rearranging at the bottom of the Sport lineup, which now includes two variants after the ELS was eliminated.

The Sport bike is TVS’s entry-level product from the commuter category for customers seeking fuel efficiency and value for money. Launch of the Sport ES Plus version results in new model structure. Formerly positioned below the ELS, the ES Plus became the top variant following the ELS’ discontinuation.

What Makes TVS Sport Special

The Sport motorcycle is all about delivering excellent fuel economy for daily commuters. TVS claims its ET-Fi technology gives mileage improvement of up to 15% more than conventional systems. The motorcycle has an econometer indicator that signals when the bike is in its most fuel efficient mode so that riders can save more.

Despite being an entry-level motorcycle, TVS has given the Sport some modern conveniences. Both variants have USB charging and electric start, catering to the daily needs of urban commuters.

Design and Colors

The Sport ES edition will have three understated colours - All Black, All Grey and All Red. The ES Plus comes in a choice of bolder colours than the ES: Black Blue, Black Red, White Purple and Metallic Blue.

For visuals there is a new headlight cowl design, and graphics on the fuel tank are also new. The bike rides on all-black alloy wheels and gets an all-dark theme with black engine, exhaust and rear suspension.
