The much awaited Ducati Diavel V4 RS India is finally here, and the limited edition power cruiser is expected to land in India in the second half of 2026. This is Ducati’s most performance oriented Diavel to date, with superbike DNA and power cruiser stance.
Engine and Performance
At the heart of the Diavel V4 RS is Ducati’s 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine from the Panigale superbike. Unlike the standard Diavel V4’s 1,158cc Granturismo motor, this engine is more aggressive.
- Power: 182 hp @ 11,750 rpm
- Torque: 121 Nm @ 9,500 rpm
- 0–100 kmph in just 2.5 seconds – the fastest for a production Ducati
This makes the RS not just the quickest Diavel ever but also one of the most explosive accelerators in the entire Ducati lineup.
Technical Specifications
The Diavel V4 RS gets dedicated chassis, suspension and braking components to match its aggressive nature.
- Frame: Aluminium monocoque with single-sided swingarm
- Suspension: Fully adjustable Öhlins NIX30 forks (front) and Öhlins STX46 monoshock (rear)
- Brakes: Twin 330 mm front discs with Brembo Stylema calipers, 265 mm rear disc with Cornering ABS
- Weight: 220 kg (wet), with carbon fibre parts and lithium-ion battery
Electronics play a big role too, with a 5-inch TFT display, traction control, wheelie control, launch control and four riding modes – including the first time ever ‘Race Mode’ on a Diavel.

Market Context and Competition
The Diavel V4 RS sits above the standard Diavel V4, a more track derived package. Compared to the regular model, it gets:
- Higher revving 1,103cc Panigale engine
- 14 hp more power
- 3 kg lighter
- New electronic suite with ‘Race Mode’
In terms of competition, it will compete with Triumph Rocket 3 and select Harley-Davidson cruisers but Ducati positions itself in a unique space by combining cruiser comfort with superbike performance and electronics.
Bottom Line
The Ducati Diavel V4 RS India is a big deal for performance cruisers, giving Indian riders the most hardcore Diavel ever. With acceleration, race tech and exclusivity it’s for riders who want presence and performance.
