The new-generation Skoda Superb is officially headed to India, with a launch confirmed for the last quarter of 2025. It was earlier showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo and is expected to arrive as a fully imported unit (CBU), pushing its price into the ₹50 to ₹60 lakh (ex-showroom) range.
Unlike the earlier batch of re-launched older-gen Superb sedans, this fourth-generation model features an all-new design, more technology, and a spacious, comfort-focused cabin. However, due to the import route, it will likely be available in limited numbers.
Engine and Performance
For India, Skoda is expected to offer a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DCT. While the global model also offers a diesel option and hybrid variants, these are not confirmed for India at launch. All-wheel drive and higher performance petrols are unlikely to be part of the initial lineup.
Design and Interior

The exterior features a sharper design with a redesigned grille, LED Matrix headlamps, and a sleeker rear profile. Inside, the cabin has a floating 13-inch touchscreen, soft-touch materials, recycled fabric upholstery, and features like massaging seats and a 12-speaker Canton sound system.
Key Options Expected:
- Single 2.0L TSI Petrol Engine (204 PS, FWD)
- 7-Speed DSG transmission
- Premium L&K trim expected first
