Toyota Motor has unveiled the all-new 2026 RAV4, marking its sixth generation and further consolidating its place as America’s best-selling compact SUV. Featuring bold styling upgrades, expanded electrified powertrain options, and cutting edge technology – reaffirming its position within an increasingly competitive SUV segment.
New Designs and Trims
The 2026 RAV4 will come in three distinct styles: Core, Rugged and Sport. Notably, it introduces refreshed Woodland grade as well as its first-ever RAV4 GR Sport variant for US buyers – appealing to diverse consumer preferences such as urban commuters as well as adventure enthusiasts.
Electrified Powertrains
Toyota continues its electrification initiative with the 2026 RAV4 by offering both Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) options. HEVs deliver 236 horsepower when equipped with AWD while PHEV models boast up to 320hp with an all-electric range of 50 miles – all come standard with AWD for maximum convenience while select trims support DC fast charging which enables drivers to achieve 10 to 80% charging in approximately 30 minutes.
